What to Do in Paris

Paris is the capital of France and one of the most visited cities in the world!

Visit Paris’s most iconic attraction – The Eiffel Tower! Go up to the top of the tower, eat at one of the restaurants on top, or just relax in the public gardens around the tower and enjoy the views. However beware of pickpockets, as they hang out in this area! You can get tickets to go up the tower here or get a guided historical tour with tickets included here.

The Cathedrale Notre Dame is another of Paris’s most well known sights. Following the fire of April 15, 2019, the Cathedral is closed, however you can still enjoy its beauty from the outside.

Visit the Musée du Louvre, which houses famous masterpieces including the Mona Lisa. Opening hours & information can be found here. Skip the long lines & go directly inside by booking a Small Group Tour of the Louvre – here or a Private Tour of the Louvre – here. Both are award-winning and are the most recommended tours in Paris!

If you’re interested in art, Musée d’Orsay is another great art museum that you can visit. Tickets and opening hours can be found here.

The Champs-Élysées is a famous Parisian street known for its theaters, cafés, and luxury shops, as well as the finish of the Tour de France.

At the end of the Champs Elysee, you will find the Arc de Triomphe an iconic triumphal arch built to commemorate Napoleon’s victories. It also has an observation deck that you visit to experience amazing views of the city.

Take in a show at Palais Garnier – an opulent 19th-century opera house known for its magnificent interiors and amazing performances by the Paris Opera Ballet.

Walk along the Seine River that flows through the middle of Paris! You can go on cruises down the river, walk along the bank, or gaze on the Eiffel Tower as the lights come on at night.
