Bruges/Brugge doesn’t have a main airport to fly into, but you can easily fly into Brussels, Paris, or Amsterdam and take the train over.
The main train station is Brugge Train Station. The train station is an easy 15 minute walk from the town center, or you can take a taxi or bus. Just take any bus labeled Centrum and get out at Markt and you will be in the center of town!
